I can´t talk about Italy without talking about my childhood. We moved to Italy when I was about one year old and I lived just next to the Swiss border until I was about four. My dad has been living there ever since and my sister and I would spend every holiday with my father in Italy. Although we´ve all seen thousands of images of the most iconic places in the country and it may come as a surprise that I have not visited nearly half of those places since the holidays were spent near our home.

But I think the best childhood memories people seem to remember for their entire lives are the summer holidays. So I guess I can say that I spent an amazing childhood in Italy and I´m very glad I did.
