The Canary Islands have been my home since 2006 and I probably don´t see myself living anywhere else for now. I think the nature, the culture and the energy of the islands that convinced me to come live here. Especially La Palma, the island I call home, is a place that amazes me every day. The incredible contrast and color really make it a dream come true for me to wake up every morning and look out of the window. From the beginning I tried not to look as a tourist, although my northern European looks may deceive me, and tried to mingle with the islanders from day one. I think it´s the only way to truly knowing a place and being able to feel at home.
